Agent Services as some of you may know has gone through many changes in the last little bit, with the gain of National Toll and the loss of Bell south in Toll. To the addition of 1-800-CALLDEX and Business Category searches in Directory Assistance.
As the year continues many of the members will have their one year Anniversary, to those members I say congratulations on making it through a tough year. To the members that are continuing another year I say thank you for your hard work and continued dedication.
As anniversaries approach get with your manager to go through your file, anything over a year should be removed. Any time during the year, you can request to look at your file make sure there is nothing in there that does not belong. YOU HAVE THAT RIGHT.
When called into a meeting with your manager that you think will lead to disciplinary action, please make sure you remember your Weingarten Rights, and ask for a representative.
I hope for everyone to have a great year during this economic time of need. And I will continue to be the best VP I can.
